The park fees are around $8,600 pa (approximately $155.00 per week for permanent park homes – renewed every 20 years, approximately 6 years left) – This fee includes shire rates, water rates, water consumption, ground keep, use of park facilities (pool, playground, ablution blocks, BBQ area and common room). Extras will be electricity as used, your own insurance. Dogs are allowed but must be controlled, you can reside as a resident long term.
